Post Hurricane Irma, I received estimates from 5 reputable companies (4 from Clermont and 1 from Orange City) for a complete roof replacement with CertainTeed Architectural Shingles. The Clermont Roofing's estimate was the second lowest (the lowest was that of the company in Orange City). As for the scheduling, proximity, accessibility, and payment schedule; the Clermont Roofing was number one in my case. Unlike all the other companies, the Clermont Roofing did not require a down payment upfront, which was very assuring in and of itself. The others all wanted 40 to 50% down beforehand. Brad (the manager) and Cindy (coordinator) were professional and nice. The mostly Latino workers were superb in their skills and hard working. Overall, I would strongly recommend the Clermont Roofing.
What a shameful company. If zero stars was an option then i would give them no stars. Following Hurricane Irma they wanted $700 to tarp a small hole in my roof and would not come give me an estimate to repair it unless i paid them. DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
