They have taken care of my cats for many years. Always receive excellent care and appreciate the 24hour care that they provide to their patients when needed.
The employee who put my mother's information into their system, put her number in WRONG. She DIDN'T verify it. She DIDN'T ask for a backup phone number. She DIDN'T ask for any other form of contact. It is YOUR jobs to continue to think straight for those who can't concerning members of our families, when entrusting our babies to your "care". If my mother had not called on her own to check in on her at 7pm, WHO KNOWS WHEN SHE WOULD'VE FOUND OUT.
She was told she could go in and view her and be able to say goodbye. My mom was in no condition to drive herself, so we weren't able to get there as a family until 830pm. We were then told they already wrapped her and wasn't recommended to see her. They wanted to charge my mom her balance for our dog's hospitalization when they only had her for 3 hrs. There was no hospitalization!! The nurse on duty said she would probably get in trouble for taking that charge off, did anyway, so thank u to her specifically, BUT your office dropped the ball. There should have already been some form of comping for that, or anything really, already in the system. AND then my mom was charged for a burial box. What!?!?!
Our kids, Joey, a greyhound, and Poppet, an APBT, love the All Care staff - this team understands the nuances of greyhound care and they make our shy pittie always feel welcome. We have had to say good bye to several of our dogs and the staff was very comforting and handled all the details with such kindness. When we had an emergency on a Sunday morning, Dr. McCain and the team came in within a half hour to help Zeva, another greyhound who broke a leg. This team really cares!
worst place ever staff is great just not the veterinarian himself . I could hear him over talking about me . Laughing that I only have a min amount of money to pay etc... after explaining my situation he didn’t care.. no compassion no remorse tsk tsk tsk pretty sad so basically I paid 120 to get laughed at . Cause nothing was done

When my family needed help trying to figure out what was wrong with my dog, all the techs and doctors were very helpful and caring. Unfortunately, we had to put my dog down. About a week later I received a sympathy card from the office signed and noted by all the staff members. Mind you, I was not one of their customers prior to that. That small act alone has brought me back to them. I now have a rescue cat and they treat him like a superstar. I love all the staff and Dr. McCain is awesome. Also, prices are very reasonable for the service you receive. Quality over quantity all day. Will recommend to anyone needing a vet.
After leaving emotional, we realized today, Saturday, they DID NOT give us her collar. My mom called and she was told they needed to ask the personnel if they've seen it or even still have it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! Disorganized. So disgusted. The communication within and from this place is appalling.
Our dog suddenly became not herself late in the day Thurs. My mother assumed it was an upset stomach. She gave it til the following morning, trying to not jump to conclusions. She brought our dog here and found out it was more of a serious situation. Naturally, her mind went in 7 different directions and was instructed to leave her for 3 day observation, blood work, and antibiotics. My mother left at noon. Our dog passed at 3pm.
